Have you recently come back from a holiday? Finding it difficult to get back into your every day routine? Are you feeling stressed? Depressed? Or just simply bored with every day life? You could be suffering from Post-holiday syndrome!
Post-holiday syndrome has been defined as the negative state of mind after returning back from a holiday and having to transition into an everyday routine. However, post-holiday syndrome also comes from “a raising in awareness of wanting more meaning, growth, fulfillment, and freedom in your life and NOT doing anything about it …the sadness comes from realising your life isn’t one you are really living to the level in which you know you desire” – Nina Concepcion
This campaign aims to address post-holiday syndrome and persuade individuals to take charge of their lives by creating more ‘meaning, growth, fulfillment, and freedom’. In the next upcoming weeks, I will be posting tips and things to do in Sydney which would make you feel as though every day is a holiday!
